Why do atheists always argue about the existence of sufferin...

They bring up the argument because they find it convincing.

A rational person can easily refute a flat-earther argument that the surface of the Earth is not curved. For a flat-earther, however, his (or her) argument against a curved earth, is convincing.

Similarly, a religious person can easily refute the argument

How many of you have had your parental rights taken away because of lies and no truth whatsoever, and did you prove the lies that were told about you to be false either through drug testing or another way, but still had your rights taken?

For some atheists, however, the argument is convincing.

Why cant I feel anything in my sleep? I cannot even feel myself moving, breathing, and swallowing saliva! I cannot even hear anything, not even my alarm! Some people that I've been with says that I'm moving a lot in my sleep, how can I stop it?
